  • [01/2019][Award] Yuan Xie and his former student, Xiangyu Dong, received the 10-Year Retrospective Most Influential Paper Award at Asia and South-Pafacific Design Automation ASP-DAC'19 in Tokyo, Japan on Jan. 22, 2019 for their paper entitled " System-level cost analysis and design exploration for three-dimensional integrated circuits (3D ICs)” published in ASP-DAC in 2009.  The original paper was also recognized as the Best Paper Candidate in ASP-DAC 2009.

  • [10/2017][Honor] Dr. Yuan Xie was inducted to the MICRO Hall of Fame, which recognized the authors with eight or more papers in MICRO. Earlier,  Xie was inducted to the ISCA Hall of Fame in 2016 and HPCA Hall of Fame in 2015. He became one of the architects who are inducted to the ISCA/MICRO/HPCA Hall of Fame.
